Will I get charged for an additional hour if my repair goes over a particular hour by 5 or 10mins?
In most cases no, as we offer a great deal of flexibility. However, it would be down to our engineer’s discretion as to whether or not you would be charged a small additional fee for their time.
How long is your guarantee for once a job has been completed?
All labour is guaranteed for a period of 3 months unless it is a software related job.
If I have a warranty on my product, will a service from you affect this?
Yes but only if it requires us to gain access internally, which may be for our upgrade or diagnostics/repair services. However, other services we offer such as a health check, consultancy or something which is resolvable externally, will not affect your warranty.
If I do not have the part for you to upgrade my PC will you supply this?
Yes. The cost will be for parts plus labour.
How long on average does a job usually take?
Depending on what the circumstances are, most jobs are completed within the first hour (this does not include our journey time, which is free with all our services).

We support Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP, and Mac OS
Does your IT Support cover replacement parts?
We will diagnose faults with any kind of hardware and resolve the problem but we do not hold a supply of parts for every piece of equipment. The manufacturer is usually the only reliable source of spares. We would expect the customer to pay for the cost of any parts needed for a repair. For this reason we would advise customers, to buy a manufacturer's warranty with it which will provide for free replacement parts.

What happens if I have a problem outside office hours?
Calls and emails are forwarded to the on duty technician, who will start investigating your problem as soon as possible.
